Thank you for all the love and Birthday 🎁 messages! Been an amazing day!… started it cold plunging with my fearless daughter and friends and Sophie. Then dashed to make a train to Canterbury for a medical appointment in the morning for my little daughter Elise with her mum ! Had a lovely evening eating out and no bickering!!! Elise even considering it a holiday! 😊
Elise in bed and I’ve closed the day remembering my old mentor and inspiration; my amazing uncle Arthur Richardson with a glass of whisky and lemonade… whilst I try and mentor and inspire a few of my coaching clients!

Haven’t posted as regularly as usual, been hitting the cold plunge (900 litres of very cold water) and made this bad boy for the back yard with the help of my brother from a browner mother .
Been hitting five mins a day, every day with 4x ten seconds full submerges!
My little daughter Elise splashed her toes in it! And my big daughter did 2:30 mins first time ever! Gonna go over the physiology and biochemistry of it!
Might even do some dad jokes in it

So I’m not the most comfortable or the fastest in the water! But I’ve worked quite hard on getting more relaxed in the water this trip! This is our second trip out diving with some amazing tropical fish! Including a grey snapper who tried to bite of my ni**le! Much to Sophie’s amusement!
