This is a 30min BoxFIT class focusing on basic boxing skills and drills on the heavybag incorporating body weight exercises to get a quick full body blast!

Huge shout out and congratulations to the team that went out to represent at the ISKA British Championship on Sunday! I could not be more proud of them.

Young Jamie had his first competition / ring experience and put on incredible displays of K1, beating 2 opponents back to back to be crowned the ISKa Open British Champion, not a bad way to start 👏

Anmol took to the ring for the first time too, winning his first fight but meeting a much more experienced opponent in the final however put on a great display of K1 in both matches.

Abi, entering Thai for the first time so our girls weren’t in the same division, took an illegal knee to the face (no warning was given 🙄) and unfortunately came up unlucky on the judges decision.

Both Jess and Kieran put on fantastic displays, both threw more, landed more, were the aggressors, pressured more and were trying to finish the fight however ISKAs incredible judges decided they both lost 👀 in my eyes both of them won their fights (and I’m very honest with the guys whether or not they did loss).

A huge thank you to Aarian for all the cornering as well as Matty and Soph for keeping everyone right on the day 🙏

Lots of great experience had, lessons learnt and improvements made. Looking forward to seeing everyone step it up for next years comps 🔥
