Want bigger, stronger biceps? Preacher curls are a fantastic isolation exercise that helps target the biceps while reducing momentum, allowing you to focus purely on the muscle doing the work. πͺ
β¨ Why Preacher Curls?
β’ Isolates the biceps for maximum activation
β’ Minimises swinging and cheating the movement
β’ Helps build arm strength and muscle definition
π‘ Pro Tip: Keep your upper arms firmly against the pad and lower the weight slowly. Avoid locking out your elbows at the bottom and focus on squeezing your biceps at the top of each rep.

π‘ Pro Tip: Keep your chest lifted, take controlled steps, and lower until both knees are close to 90Β°. Push through your front heel to drive into the next step. Keep your core engaged throughout the movement.
