Season 24/25 has come to an end! β½οΈβοΈ
Weβre so proud of how well our teams have performed across the entire season and itβs been fantastic to watch them all play with confidence and improve each game.
Our U8βs have successfully completed their first season together as a team and each week have gone from strength to strength. A fantastic job from the U8βs and lovely win to end the season on a high!!
Our U8 blues have also completed their first season together and have been a great watch all season. Class performances each week from our young guns, with 3 wins out of 3 to end the month. Fantastic first season boys ππ₯
Our U9βs have finished their season and despite the result, they can be very proud of their performances against some very talented sides. Across the season, this team have been challenged but have shown strong resilience and played brilliantly in each game. Big pat on the back for all ! ππͺ
A big thank you from us to all coaches, parents and players for their efforts this season π€

March Round Up β½οΈ βοΈ:
With the season coming to an end shortly, games were coming thick and fast for our teams.
Both of our U8 teams enjoyed a rather impressive month of matches with many superb team and individual performances. It has been a fantastic first season for both groups of players and long may it continue! π₯ π
The U9βs were faced with some very tough challenges against great sides. Despite the results, all of the games were end to end and could have gone either way. Our U9βs can look back at their performances with their heads held high, well done boys π πͺ
Our U11βs season came to an end in March with the team finishing on a high. A number of great performances this season gave the team a season to be remembered, as they reached the semi final in only their 2nd season together. A well deserved break and we go again next season πͺπ

February Round Up β½οΈ:
The weather picked up and we were able to get the 2nd half of the season fully underway!
Our u8 sides continued to face new teams and were certainly given tough challenges but both teams have had a great month. Really well done and keep up the positive work! Itβs fantastic to see both U8 sides learning & improving each week πβ½οΈ
Our U9βs were in cup action during February and produced some great team performances to reach the Quarter Finals but just fell short in a tricky match against Horsforth. Nonetheless, another great month for the U9βs who are consistently producing all round great games against tougher opposition π₯πͺ
Our U11βs managed a couple of games during February and produced an outstanding display against churwell at home. Drighlington away saw a very close game and gave Halton a great game to contend. Weβre very pleased with our u11βs recent performances and itβs great to see consistency and confidence from the whole team ππͺ

January Results β½οΈ:
January wasnβt an active month to say the least as many games across the month were postponed due to the traditional British winter weather βοΈ βοΈ
Our U8 teams were both ready to kick off the 2nd half of the season against new opponents. A new challenge was expected and both teams battled fantastically. Keep up the great work πͺβ½οΈ
Our U9βs managed 1 game in January, however it proved to be a spectacular game against local side Ebor Gardens. Another tough fixture between the 2 saw an even game throughout, with Halton edging the game by full time. Well done boys! π₯
Our U11βs were also heavily impacted by the weather but managed to play their quarter final. A tough game against a great Garforth side who eventually got the result. A brilliant achievement for all of our u11βs and weβre very proud of them for reaching the final 8 ππ

December Catch up β½οΈ:
The great British winter weather finally caught up with us before the end of the first half of the season, with some games unfortunately being postponed.
The U8 blues managed to play 3 out of the 4 scheduled games before the break and enjoyed a great run of form to finish on a high before a well deserved break for our little superstars βοΈπ₯
The U8βs managed to get at least 1 game in and it was a cracker! A well fought battle between Halton & Featherstone with both teams producing quality performances which gave spectators a brilliant viewing. Well done all! β½οΈπͺ
U9βs also managed to get 1 game in despite the weather and were tasked with facing a brilliant Holbeck side. Another battling performance from the U9βs ensured a fantastic game for all involved. Despite the narrow defeat, our boys can be very proud of the team performance and their spirit throughout the game ππͺ
Our U11βs were tasked with 1 final league game and a cup game away from home. A fantastic performance in the league match set our U11βs up for an exciting cup game with a chance to reach the quarter finals! With a lot at stake for both teams, the game ended in a draw and we were faced with a penalty shootout. Fantastic saves and a strong team spirit saw Halton win the shootout and progress to the quarter finals! Weβre very proud of our U11βs and good luck in the next round π€π
