Cat contacted me as her friend had recommended Take Back Control, and had told her it would be just what she needed

So when we spoke, she told me she had a bad relationship with food and was obsessing with the scales, was struggling to lose weight,

Even though she had a bad relationship with food for herself, she made healthy fresh food every day for her young daughter,

I knew I would have to work more closely with Cat to really make sure she was focussing on photos and measurements more and not the scales

This is Emma

Emma is a married mum of two girls and works full time

Emma has completed my Take Back Control programme, and is now on my follow on programme.

In the first six weeks Emma lost 29.5 inches in total and 16lbs...

This is Mrs C

Mrs C has completed my Take Back Control programme, and is now on my follow on programme.

What can I say about this current transformation..

Mrs X - has been working with me since September through lockdowns though my Take Back Control Programme.

( she is now on my monthly programme)

When we first spoke, Mrs M said her biggest barrier was going to be her ‘ grumpy partner’ who would be unsupportive and that his cooking consistent of very rich meals

So the first thing I did was give her strategies to help deal with this...

7 months on and we are over 14KG down and over 2.5 stone gone

It basically equates to 1lb a week loss

(I don’t ask for scale weight every week - this is the average loss thats Been calculated.)
