Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mums in our Pilates community 💐
Today we celebrate the strength, love and resilience of mothers everywhere — the ones raising little humans while still showing up for themselves on the mat, the single mums doing it all on their own, and the mums carrying the weight of providing without the support they deserve.
We also hold space today for those whose hearts may feel heavy:
Those who have lost their mums.
Those who are longing to become mums.
Those who have lost a child.
Mums who have endured abuse yet continue to rise with courage.
Those navigating motherhood without financial or emotional support.
And those who have strained or no relationship with their mums.
Motherhood — and the journey around it — can be beautiful, complicated, painful, and powerful all at once.
To every woman walking her own path today, please know you are seen, supported and valued in this community. 🤍

Taught 3 Pilates classes this morning, trained a private PT client this afternoon, and teaching Pilates again tonight… but I still squeezed in my 30-minute leg session while my two girls ate their tea in the club room. 😅💪
It’s not always easy to fit in my own training, but we get it done.
New gym outfit definitely giving me the energy boost I needed. ✨
