We have new gentle runs this month if you’re wanting to start running!

Fancy trying out running? Have you ran before but not recently? Or do you just want a slower pace? Join us next Thursday for our Next Gentle Run starting from The Roundhay Fox. Taking place alongside our regular Roundhay Run. Message us to join!

Are you new to running? Or would you prefer a slower pace? This Thursday we’re doing a Gentle Run alongside our regular weekly run at the Roundhay Fox.

After leg stretches, we’ll start with the warm-up walk then 6 short (90s) periods of running in between 90s of walking followed by a cool down walk.
