The squad have bossed it so far in their early season races, each recording PB's - some in multiple events (Ashley & Phillipa, back from injury hit seasons last year) or strong SBs with PB's incoming - particularly pleasing to see Bayleigh back & big PB coming soon. They've competed at BUCS, the Loughborough International, had their first trip abroad to compete in the awesome IFAM meet in Brussels & the NAL. June started brilliantly at the RJT meet last night with more PBs from Luke in the 400mh & David in the 100m with a 200m PB coming soon & a strong SB by Andrew. Excited to see how the rest of June goes, with athletes competing in the Sparkassen Gala & the U23 athletes targeting their champs at the end of the month, followed by the U20 athletes targeting their champs

Just about recovered from an epic bank holiday weekend at BUCS with the squad. Super proud of them all, to be kicking off their seasons so strongly. Brill to see B & Soph back after injuries, PBs from DC & Jacob, SB from Jake, strong relay legs by Pippa & Drew & a medal for DC. Can't wait to see how they progress over the summer. Awesome champs for the team at BUCS with SBs, PBs & a huge performance by DC to win Gold, go sub 21 secs for the first time & be ranked number 1 in the UK over 200m! Can't wait to go back to work, our first WWT camp as a squad & onto the outdoor season! Love supporting them all! ❤️

Brilliant weekend at The North of England Champs with Bella back competing in the 400m, David winning the senior men's 200m & equalling his PB of 21.22 & Jacob winning gold in the U20 200m & his first ever NoE champs medal!

Last weekend was awesome with the squad winning 10 medals at the Yorkshire county champs between them & today DC ran awesome to win the Loughborough International 200m guest race 🔥 ❤️

Awesome performance by David today at BUCS indoor in his fresher year! Got faster every round, ran a pb in his semi & then a massive pb of 21.22 in the final to get the silver medal! 🥈 #200

Such a rapid & competitive U17 women's 800m final at the National Champstoday, won in 2.08! 🤯 Very well done to Nia, first year as an U17 & giving a short indoor season a go. From not making the final at the NoE champs to running her 2nd fastest time ever & qualifying for today's final, Nia - you are in a good place & with some more training under your belt will be ready in the summer to get closer to those girls who were super impressive & ahead today. Lets get after it Nia! #800
