For 12 years, we’ve been helping ladies improve their overall health and fitness. During this time, we’ve learned that everyone already knows what’s generally needed to live a fit and healthy life. However, for many, the challenge is actually doing it consistently.
That’s why we're running Transform in 12. We have a couple of spaces on our programme starting Monday 6th April if you want to come and join us.
Working with a Fitness Instructor and Integrative Wellness and Transformation Coach we'll help you make the transformation to consistency and a better lifestyle.

As a follower of our gym, you may have been a member before (or been thinking about joining) and then after a short time found too many 'excuses' to skip and avoid working out.
Our gym has been open now for over 12 years and the number one challenge we face is retention of members. Everyone joins with a clear motivation for wanting to exercise regularly. We have some members that are still with us from those early days, unfortunately many more find after a few months it's too challenging to stick to a routine and end up giving up. Is that because is easier to give into the negative thoughts than to find the discipline and reasons to stick at it?
With this challenge in mind, we've been working with Sharon Mason, an Integrative Nutrition and Mindset Coach and also one of our members who has found a way to stick to her own routine.
Together we've designed our Transform in 12 programme to give the support and techniques you can use that will help transform your lives and enable you to stick to forever changes for the better.
We are starting our March programme on Monday 23rd and looking for a small group of 6 ladies who are keen to give this a go and change their lives for the better - forever.
You will join the gym with a membership of £67.50 for 3-months, then £37.50 from month 4. This membership gives you unlimited access to both the gym & timetable of over 100 classes every month.
