Helping the Boss Babe drop 10-20lbs while balancing her career, health & social life

If your first thought after booking a holiday is “right, I need to lose weight”… keep reading.

Because, babe, we need to talk.

Every year, the same cycle plays out:
✅ Book the trip.
✅ Swear this time you’ll ‘be good’ before you go.
✅ Attempt a diet that leaves you dreaming about carbs.
✅ Hit the airport and inhale a croissant before you’ve even left the country.
✅ Spend half the holiday feeling ‘off plan’ and the other half promising yourself you’ll “start again” when you get home.

Sound familiar?

Because my clients and I have already started talking about our next trips, and I refuse to let them (or you) fall into this trap again.

So instead of another crash diet you know won’t last… let’s do this differently.

Here’s the reality check you need:

1️⃣ The ‘holiday body’ you want? It’s actually the confident, comfortable, strong AF version of you. And that doesn’t come from starvation and stress.
2️⃣ Crash dieting will make your holiday worse, not better. You’ll feel weak, tired, and more obsessed with food than ever.
3️⃣ You can enjoy food without guilt. No more ‘all or nothing’, you can eat the pasta, drink the cocktails, and still feel amazing in your bikini.

So instead of panic dieting, here’s what my clients are doing NOW to feel their best by summer (and beyond):

✅ Making small, realistic changes early, because rushing results never works.
✅ Prioritising protein, movement, and consistency over extreme rules.
✅ Learning how to eat in a way that works for LIFE, not just for the beach.

🔥 And guess what? When they step off that plane, they’ll feel amazing before the holiday, during the holiday, and after the holiday.

Which means NO post-holiday diet panic.
NO guilt.
NO starting over for the 400th time.
Just balance, confidence, and living their best damn lives.

💾 SAVE this post so you don’t end up panic-dieting again in 3 months.

Ever had one of those wardrobe meltdowns where everything feels wrong?

Like, you’re standing there in your bra and knickers, surrounded by a mountain of rejected outfits, questioning every life choice that led to this moment?

Yeah, same.

A few years ago, that was my reality every time I had to “dress up.”

Weddings, parties, festivals – I dreaded them.

Not because I didn’t want to go (I love a good dance floor moment), but because I hated how I felt in anything I put on.

I’d stare at the mirror, pulling at clothes, sucking in my stomach, thinking, “Why does nothing look good on me?”

The answer I’d decided was simple:

Because I wasn’t good enough.

The result? Feeling uncomfortable in anything I chose, and ducking out of photos like a ninja.

I played it “safe” to the point where I stopped enjoying myself.

Life was happening around me, and I was too caught up in my own head to join in properly.

Fast forward to now.

I walk into a shop, see something bold, and think, “Why not?”

I wear the outfits that light me up, and I couldn’t care less if someone thinks my thighs jiggle – because actually, thighs jiggle. That’s literally their job.

Confidence doesn’t magically appear when you lose 5kg, fit into smaller jeans, or hit some random milestone.

It’s what you build while you’re learning to treat your body with kindness.

It’s fuelled by taking care of yourself and realising you don’t have to change your whole body to deserve to live your life fully.

Now, when I look back on my “safe outfit” years, I wish I could shake past-me and say:
Wear the damn outfit. Book the holiday. Take the photo. Because you are so much more than what you see in the mirror.

And if you’re ready to stop playing small and start showing up as the sexy, confident badass you already are? DM me.

Let’s make 2025 the year you say, “F** it – I’m wearing what I want.”*

Because babe, life’s too short for boring clothes and feeling invisible. 💃🏽

Alright, hear me out!
‌I know what you’re thinking: “But Cheryl, you’re always about living your best social life while losing weight.”
‌And guess what?
‌That hasn’t changed.
‌Don’t worry queens, bottomless brunch with the girls is still very much on the cards
‌But here’s the thing—I used to be 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘨𝘪𝘳𝘭 who lived for the weekend.
‌Monday to Friday, I was on point.
‌But once Friday hit?
‌I’d reward myself with a bottle of wine because, well, I “earned it.”
‌Then Saturday rolled around—hello, cocktails and food with the girls.
‌Sunday?
‌Hungover and hungry, so why not go out with a bang before the dreaded Monday reset?
‌Come Monday, I was drowning in guilt, feeling ashamed of the weekend’s damage.
‌I’d over-restrict, hit the gym hard, and count the days until the next weekend splurge.
‌What finally clicked for me?
‌Balance.
‌Instead of making the weekend my reward zone, I started allowing a bit of flexibility during the week.
‌Maybe a glass of wine on a Tuesday, cake and coffee on a Thursday, or even dinner out on a Monday.
‌The key?
‌Stop cramming all your indulgences into 48 hours.
‌By enjoying a little here and there, I kept myself from going overboard when the weekend came.
‌Sure, moderation and sacrifices are still part of the game, but trust me—finding that balance makes a world of difference.
‌Ready to break the cycle? Let’s do this together. Drop a 💪 if you’re in! 31/12/2024

I’m so excited to share Brogan’s incredible journey!

When came to me, she was caught in the familiar cycle of dieting hard before a holiday, indulging during the break, and then feeling frustrated and disappointed afterward.

Her main goal wasn’t just to lose weight but to break free from this pattern and develop a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.

We focused on creating a balanced training and nutrition plan tailored to her needs, but I also knew the key to long-term success was mindset.

I worked with Brogan on building a bulletproof mindset that would empower her to enjoy her holiday without guilt or overindulgence.

This meant focusing on mindful eating, understanding her hunger cues, and allowing herself to enjoy treats without feeling like she was ‘falling off the wagon.’

Each week, Brogan showed amazing commitment, consistently dropping weight and building her confidence.

But the most important transformation happened with her mindset.

Instead of dreading the post-holiday ‘damage control,’ Brogan approached her holiday with a sense of balance.

She enjoyed her time away, made conscious choices, and returned feeling refreshed, guilt-free, and proud of how she handled herself.

This was a huge win because she didn’t just maintain her physical progress—she maintained her mental and emotional well-being too.

Brogan’s journey is a testament to the power of combining physical training with mindset coaching.

It’s about more than just shedding pounds; it’s about gaining a healthier, happier perspective on life.

She’s now equipped with the tools and habits to not only sustain her results but to thrive in her everyday life.

I couldn’t be prouder of Brogan’s dedication and growth.

She’s not just a client; she’s a role model for what it means to pursue holistic health.

Her journey shows that with the right support and mindset, it’s possible to enjoy life to the fullest while achieving your fitness goals.

Keep smashing it, Brogan!

Your journey is an inspiration, and I’m thrilled to see you continue thriving both on and off the beach!

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 🌟

I've had countless conversations with women who tell me they can’t afford to invest in their health, fitness, or fat loss journey.

And I get it,

The idea of spending money when finances are tight can be daunting.

But let’s take a moment to reframe this.

Investing in yourself isn't just about the here and now; it's about securing a healthier, happier future.

Imagine this:

In just 6 months, you could lose 1-2 stone, feel stronger, and more energetic than ever. Your resting heart rate improves, you prevent the onset of pre-diabetes, and other health markers show you're on the right path.

These aren't just numbers—they're quality of life improvements.

They're the difference between just getting by and thriving.

But beyond the physical, it's about how you feel when you look in the mirror.

It's about that confidence boost when you realise you've done something amazing for yourself.

It’s seeing the person you’ve always wanted to be staring back at you.

The value of that feeling?

Priceless. ✨

Yes, the financial investment might seem steep at first glance, but think about the cost of not making a change.

Chronic health issues, low self-esteem, endless diet fads—these can cost so much more in the long run.

By investing in a coach, you're not just paying for a service; you're investing in guidance, support, and a proven path to success.

And let's be real, a happier, healthier you will likely save money on medical bills and unnecessary diet products down the road.

So, if you're on the fence, remember this: 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘁.

Every penny, every moment spent investing in yourself is a step towards a brighter, healthier future.

Don’t wait for the "perfect" time—create it.

Let's embark on this journey together and make the transformation you've been dreaming of a reality.

If you’re ready to level up, raise your standards and become the best version of yourself

𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲

It’s a process…

I’ve been consciously trying not to overly critique every single photo or disregard it because it’s not “perfect.”

And, yes, it’s great to have some banging photos to share & remember the good times by, but realistically I don’t look like I do on the right all the time. In fact the majority of the time I’m relaxed, enjoying my time, tummy rolls and all (and I’m not an influencer, so who cares)

After a lifetime of struggling with my weight & 5 years in the most body image focussed sport imaginable (bodybuilding)

My journey to a positive body image has been, and still is, an effort at times

There’s the constant urge to post photos like on the right & not the left

But one of the things that has had the biggest impact on my own personal journey is the genuine acceptance that my body is, and will always be, a reflection of my choices

I don’t walk around in a cloud of delusion, thinking I’m doing everything right & that it’s just not fair that my weight goes up every time I enjoy myself

I know that over the last 3 weeks I’ve enjoyed a lot of things I normally wouldn’t. But that’s my choice. Nobody has force fed me all the delicious foods & cocktails

So I’ve got to own my choices & accept the consequences

I’ve also made the choices to not completely over indulge at every meal, every day, just because I’m on holiday, and to stay relatively active

These are also my choices, not chores, not restricting myself & missing out. I choose my health too

As a woman that is naturally on the heavier side, I know that I need to be making more choices towards my goals & less towards enjoyment if I want to stay in a leaner body

But sometimes memories & experiences mean more

And that’s also my choice

And I’m at peace with my choices & that is why I can (more) comfortably fluctuate in weight, be happy with what I see in the mirror & post photos like the one on the left

Let’s not forget, priorities & choices can change depending on the circumstances, and we can always switch the focus of what is most important in that moment

My choices and my actions are my body & I accept that✌🏽
