I’ve recently renewed the lease on our building,but with that renewal comes a substantial rent increase
The monthly fees however will remain the same(£35) but the annual cash deals will go up to cover the increase in rent
Prices from 1-12-24 are as follows
Year cash £345
Year student ( under 18 and unemployed only ) £255
Oap £255

Just an update, thank you for all those who have attended over the past 18 months, it’s been a pleasure seeing you progress with your fitness.

Unfortunately, my work commitments have been brought forward, meaning tonight is the last HIIT class in the studio at Formula Fitness.

Once again, a massive thank you to Ady and the team at Formula for supporting me during the past 18 months.

Hi guys,

Just wanted to say a massive well done for those who attended the HIIT class tonight, you all did amazing as always 🤩

Unfortunately due to a change in working commitments, I will no longer be able to run the HIIT class on a weekly basis.

Classes remain on a weekly basis until the final class, which will be on Wednesday 31st July at 6 pm.

It’s been such a pleasure to coach this class, to build a positive community within the studio and to see you achieve your fitness goals!

A massive thank you to Ady and the team at Formula Fitness for giving me this opportunity.

The studio is hired out tomorrow 5-7pm for a dance class 💃🏼

Hi everyone, hope you’re all having a great week so far.

Unfortunately I will not be able to run the HIIT class tomorrow evening due to illness.

Just a polite notice, I will be away from Wednesday 3rd July, but the session on 10th July at 6 pm will be on.

I will also be running the HIIT class next Wednesday 26th June at 6 pm as should be feeling better by then.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused and I’m looking forward to seeing you all next week 🫶🏼
