Goodbye 2025, hello 2026!
It's been a strange year of ups and downs!
At the beginning of the year I continued to tick off some things from my list of things to do after turning 50 last July! ππ₯³
And, not going to lie, for the later part of the year it's been rough - I'd almost forgotten I'd done so much earlier on.
But I'm entering 2026 in style with a January holiday to Sri Lanka and India so I'll see you on the other side of that!!

Tried a couple holding on so these were my first attempt unassisted!
Foot and ankle strength, stability (!), lower limb strength. The push up was the hardest bit.
More birthday shenanigans with my niece. Itβs been a full on weekend of fun celebrating her 3rd birthday π π₯³ π₯°
