A little reminder that the person you see online doesn’t always see themselves the same way you do. 🩷
I’m a PT, but I still have doubts. I still compare myself. I still have days where I question whether I’m good enough.
I didn’t get the easiest start with fitness and I’ve had to work DAMN hard to get where I am today.
And I’m still working.
Still learning. Still chasing goals. Still trying to become the best version of me.
Sometimes we’re so focused on how far we’ve got to go, we forget to look back at how bloody far we’ve already come.
So if you’re doubting yourself today…
Keep fu***ng going. đź©·

Chase happiness.
Chase a body you feel confident in.
Chase feeling fit, strong and healthy.
Chase waking up with energy.
Chase movement you actually enjoy.
Chase food that fuels you AND a life you don’t need to escape from.
Chase people, places and experiences that make you feel alive.
Don’t just build a body you’re happy in.
Build a life you’re happy to live. 💖

Instagram makes fitness look easy.
You see the PBs, the race medals, the strong bodies, the confidence and the “after”.
You don’t see the girl who was scared to be seen. The girl who hated PE, got picked last and genuinely believed she just wasn’t sporty.
You don’t see the bad runs, the awkward gym sessions, the self-doubt or the days I wanted to give up.
I’m not sharing this because I’ve “made it”.
I’m sharing it because I know there are women scrolling through Instagram right now thinking they’re too unfit, too overweight, too old, too far behind or simply “not sporty”.
I used to think exactly the same.
You don’t have to feel confident to start.
You just have to give yourself a chance to become the person you currently think you can’t be 💖
