I think it’s safe to safe Evie took the lead in today’s class! We both want to thank you for joining us for today and for the whole of lockdown 💖💖
Next week will be the final week of the Weds and Sun class donation based to AgeUK. But not the end of these classes! I’m working on something exciting that we can continue to incorporate into our “new normal” lives. Watch this space 🌞

✨Good evening yogis ✨
The keen-eyed of you may have noticed my classes disappear from the PureGym timetable today 😢 PureGym have cancelled all classes until further notice, I hope you can understand. I am so sad that I won’t be seeing those faces every week, but I would much rather you all be safe and healthy.
In the mean time, I’ve played with the idea of digital classes. This would be video call (set time- zoom is free to download and stream), or a recorded private YouTube video (accessible any time). Open to suggestions- could be full yoga class, could be just a guided meditation?
It’s a stressful time, I’m sure you’re all aware of how to stay clean and safe, but remember stress affects the immune system too. So let’s fight that health anxiety and bring calm back into your homes. Which is why I’ll be doing these completely free of charge, so that as many people as possible no matter their circumstances can grab that dose of calm.

Thank you to the lovely group of yogis that joined me this morning for the first Wolfox & Sana Yoga Brunch event! It was the perfect way to spend a Sunday morning; calm vibes, a gentle yoga flow, delicious food, and plenty of laughter. I can’t wait to see your faces again next month 😊
