Heads Up About Our New Class Pass Terms

I’ve made a small update to our class pass terms to help keep things running smoothly for everyone. Because of late cancellations and having to turn away new people when classes appear to be full, I’ve introduced a 24-hour cancellation policy.
This means if you need to cancel, just give me a heads-up at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your session.

I really appreciate your understanding—it helps us make sure that everyone gets a chance to join and that we can keep the classes going strong and I can make good use of my space. Thanks so much Catharine x

Terms & Conditions for Class Passes

Commitment: By purchasing a 6-week pass, you commit to attending classes for a total of 6 sessions.

Valid Period: The 6 sessions can be used within a 10-week period from the date of your first class. Any unused sessions after 10 weeks will be forfeited.

Class Reservation & Cancellation:
24-Hour Notice: To avoid forfeiting a class, you must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of the class start time, the class will be counted as used.

No Refunds: Once purchased, passes are non-refundable.

By purchasing a class pass, you agree to these terms and conditions.
