WE'RE BACK!
After taking some time, weβre ready to dive into a new journey of health, fitness, and wellbeing.
This time, we're really focusing on our own mental health, building confidence, and embracing life's enjoyments in the present β all while still trying to support our bodies in a different way.
While Josh is unable to workout in the gym, his new hobby of exploring and hiking will still keep him out and active π₯Ύ
Whereas for Becky...She's still figuring out what she enjoys the most when it comes to fitness ππͺπ»

JUST COMPLETED MY FIRST 5K PARK RUN!
Wow, what an experience!πββοΈπ¨
It doesn't matter what kind of fitness you're into or where youβre starting fromβsometimes all it takes is stepping out of your comfort zone and trying something new. We often underestimate what weβre capable of when we push past the doubts and simply show up.
Today was a reminder that progress is progress, no matter how big or small. So if you're thinking about trying something new, whether itβs running, hiking, yoga, or anything elseβtake that first step. You might just surprise yourself with what you can achieve. πͺπ

HOW OUR WEEK HAS GONE...
We will admit we've struggled to get to grips with new habits, as everyone does. But remain focused on ticking them off and improving each day πͺπ»
Josh is enjoying his new mattress topper, doing some walks (although not every day π) and defying the cold weather π₯Ά to do his cold plunges. He also attended "The Anti-Resolution Revolution: How to Achieve Real Goals in 2025 with " to learn about:
β’ Goal setting & habit building
β’ Optimising sleep/nutrition/exercise
β’ Stress reduction
Becky has come up with some great ideas for us to explore on the podcast and content to provide you all to help your fitness journeys π, making delicious food and preparing her own .therapy pod π
It's not all perfect and it never will be with life! πΆ
