What a social day for a very special cause! 🩷🎀

Today we turned Reformer Fit Studios PINK to raise awareness of breast cancer and raise vital funds for Breast Cancer Now đź©·

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, wore pink, donated and had a guess at how many Bon Bons were in the jar!

We set ourselves a fundraising target of ÂŁ500 and, thanks to your incredible generosity, we raised ÂŁ423! đź©·

We’ll be topping this up to reach our £500 target!

The winner of our Bon Bon competition will be announced tomorrow, so keep your eyes peeled! đź‘€

Most importantly, today was about raising awareness and reminding everyone of the importance of checking their breasts and chests regularly đź©·

THE PILATES 100s CLUB đź–¤

You may have seen us regularly sharing videos of our members signing our 100s Club board, but do you know the meaning behind it?

When we first introduced the board, we chose the number 100 for a very special reason.

The Hundred is one of the most iconic exercises in Joseph Pilates’ original method, so it felt only right that 100 classes should be a milestone worth celebrating.

Reaching 100 Reformer Pilates classes is no small achievement. It represents commitment, consistency, dedication and the decision to keep showing up for yourself and your health.

And we think that deserves recognition.

Every signature on our board represents someone’s individual Pilates journey. From their very first class to their 100th, each person has made Pilates a regular part of their life, and that’s something we’re incredibly proud of.

Our 100s Club board isn’t just a collection of signatures. It’s a celebration of our members, their achievements and the wonderful community we’ve built at Reformer Fit Studios.
