✨ MEET ANNA ✨

Anna is an Advanced Vinyasa Flow teacher whose classes blend intelligent movement, yogic philosophy and breath into practices that are both strong and deeply nourishing.

Her yoga journey began over 15 years ago during an Ashtanga class, when experiencing ujjayi breath and chanting Om for the very first time sparked a fascination with the connection between body, breath and mind. That moment ignited a lifelong exploration of yoga that continues today.

After qualifying as a Vinyasa Flow teacher with Vidya Heisel at Frog Lotus Yoga in Spain in 2016, Anna went on to complete Ashtanga training with Joey Miles and has spent the last decade immersed in the study of yoga, particularly Hindu and Buddhist philosophy.

As a practising physiotherapist, Anna combines a deep understanding of anatomy with thoughtful sequencing, creating classes that support students of all abilities while encouraging strength, awareness and ease.

Whether you're flowing through a strong dynamic sequence or slowing down to reconnect with your breath, Anna's classes are designed to leave you feeling stronger, calmer and deeply restored.

🧘 WHAT IS PRANAYAMA?

Pranayama is the ancient yogic practice of consciously working with the breath.

Far more than breathing exercises, it is one of yoga's most powerful and transformative practices, offering a direct pathway into working with the body, the mind and the nervous system.

There is a quiet intelligence within the breath.

A natural rhythm that, when understood and practised with awareness, has the power to regulate the nervous system, restore balance and support deep healing from within.

Through guided practice, ancient wisdom and modern understanding, you'll discover how conscious breathing can strengthen the body, steady the mind and create space for emotional release and renewal.

This August, join Indian Yoga Master Sudhir Rishi for an immersive 20-hour course exploring one of yoga's most powerful and transformative practices.

To learn a little more about the course, we've included a short introduction from Sudhir, where he shares the origins of Pranayama, why this practice is so relevant today and why he has chosen to bring this course to the UK.
