✨ MEET TASH ✨
Tash is a Yoga & Meditation Teacher specialising in Restful Practices for Mental Health.
Her journey began during a challenging time in life, when yoga became the first space she felt safe enough to slow down and reconnect with herself. Over the years, it has helped her soften self-doubt, rebuild inner trust, and begin to heal - inspiring her to guide others on the same path.
With 7+ years of teaching experience in London and Leeds, Tash creates gentle, grounded spaces to pause, move, breathe, feel and rest. She draws on a wide range of training including:
🌿 Vinyasa-Ashtanga (200hr YTT)
🌿 Yoga for Stress & Burnout (Yogacampus)
🌿 Yoga for Depression (The Minded Institute)
🌿 Meditation Teacher Training (British School of Meditation)
Her classes weave Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga with meditation, mindfulness and mantra. Known for being both nurturing and light-hearted, Tash believes healing happens best when we feel safe, seen, supported - and when there’s room for a smile along the way.
