The Therapy Suite « Gavin J will be presenting the Therapy Suite on UK Health Radio, talking about health issues, and topics which affect society, with the hope that listeners will feel empowered to help change areas in their life, in order to excel them to the next level.

Your life path number is considered the most influential number within a numerological conversation and numerologists can bridge some the gaps that we often ask ourselves, why do I react a certain way? What is my purpose? Will I be successful? What can I do to grow within myself? How to blossom my numbers within my relationships and as a parent?

Numbers 1-9 are the foundations within the practice of Numerology. The only numbers we never reduce to a single digit are The Master Numbers, 11, 22 & 33

Your life path number is based on your date of birth
Day + Month + Year = life path number
4 + 3 + 2+0+2+2 = 13 , reduce this down to a single digit , so therefore, 1+3 = 4

Anyone who is born today will have a life path number of 4, to get a full direction of your life journey ahead you would add the numerical value of your full name and this is called your Destiny Number. Anyone with a life path number 4, will show humbleness , loyalties , they are practical thinkers, they work hard academically & in their careers and they can be constructive if they apply themselves.

Try and calculate your life path number, it’s a good one to just know what the numerical value of your date of birth adds up to 👊

Hope you all well and safe 🙏
How’s everyone felt so far in the new year?
Does it feel that Christmas was so far away in the past …
Do you all feel burned out already!! If so this is reason why ….
January is number 1 month - so it’s full of new opportunities and new ideas …
However the universal number for January is 7.
How did I get to a 7?
Well if you add the 1 ( which is January) to 2022 that’s 1 +6 =7
7 means it’s a reflective month but very busy and feels there’s no rest and that’s why you may feel burned out.
Take advantage of the reflection and make sure you force time for yourself.
Even 20min walk to enjoy the nature…
Stop and be in the moment instead of multitasking….
Listen to music that touches your soul.
This leads us to be more positive, not get caught up in our busy life’s and feel very overwhelmed and exhausted..

Good morning all…..
I can’t believe I’m 40 today! Let me tell you all it’s big shock to my system!

I’d like to thank all my family and friends who have stood with me, over the 40 years ……
life has been a rollercoaster…
If you asked me what’s are my best years? I’d say my late 30s towards the big 40! Do you know why? as we get older we start to know ourselves, accept ourselves and enjoy the small things in life
Most of all we start to appreciate everything around us .., this is what life has taught me … to love … to accept and be grateful and rest will fall into place… ❤️❤️❤️❤️
