Massive thanks to Doncaster Toll Bar and Hull Masters for a great couple of games yesterday, with some great flowing rugby played by all sides and refereed well by Freddie South and Simon Robertshaw who both let the games flow.

An enjoyable afternoon of Masters Rugby League all played in true masters spirit.

As we close our 10th year and the 2022 season with a good well contested game against Batley Boys Masters there is just one thing left to do.

Heritage numbers are all too easy given to players, but we’ve decided that with this season being our 10th, our heritage numbers would be assigned to those players who have made a significant contribution to the team and made more than 100 appearances for Leeds Masters.

With the end of our 10th season as Leeds Masters in sight the boys have just 3 more games left so please come along and support the old lads:

▪️Ossett Masters (home ) Sunday 2nd October;
▪️Blackpool Masters (away) Saturday 8th October; and
▪️Batley Boys Masters (away) Saturday 29th October.

In between these fixtures and beyond the squad will still be training on Sunday mornings on Wortley Rec if anyone is interested in a bit of light hearted banter and a bit of exercise. Everyone and anyone is welcome

🔵🟡GAME CANCELLED🔵🟡

Unfortunately our scheduled home game Vs North East tomorrow has been cancelled as the North East are unable to raise a team.

Apologises to anyone who was planning to come and watch, but the lads will be training from 11am on Wortley Rec for anyone who might be interested in joining in the banter and joking whilst also having a bit of a run about.

Our next and final home game of the season will be on 2nd October Vs Ossett Masters @ Stanningley SARLC - KO. 1pm
