As a Women’s Health Physiotherapist, I support women through every stage of life, from pregnancy and postnatal recovery to menopause and beyond.
I help women manage pregnancy-related musculoskeletal pain and prepare for birth with education, movement, and practical strategies. Following birth, I offer comprehensive postnatal assessments, including pelvic floor checks, return-to-exercise guidance, and C-section scar management.
I also specialise in pelvic health conditions, helping women overcome bladder symptoms such as stress urinary incontinence, urgency, and overactive bladder, as well as bowel concerns including constipation and faecal incontinence.
In addition, I provide assessment and conservative management for pelvic organ prolapse, empowering women to return to the activities they enjoy with confidence and improved quality of life.
I also offer clinical 1:1 Pilates sessions tailored to your individual needs. These sessions are designed to support rehabilitation, improve strength, mobility and body awareness, and help you safely return to exercise and everyday activities. Clinical Pilates can be particularly beneficial during pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and for managing pelvic health concerns.
