One of the most rewarding parts of being a swimming instructor is watching swimmers transform from being beginners to confidently swimming lengths! It's amazing to see their progress, the hard work paying off, and the joy on their faces as they reach new milestones. Every lesson is a reminder of how powerful learning can be and how important it is to keep pushing forward. I'm so proud of all the swimmers I've had the pleasure of teaching—you're all incredible! 🏊♂️

Here is a little bit about me !!
Hi my names is Drew, I teach swimming lessons at Crowne plaza Leeds, I became a swimming teacher as I have a passion for swimming and this has been a dream job since I was a child.
I became a swimming teacher back in 2019 over this time I have been teaching all different age groups and abilities and SEN children , I also have my life guarding qualification and I love making sure lessons are fun but also making sure you are comfortable and safe in the water !
When teaching my lesson I have the ability to be in the water or out the water to make you feel comfortable all the time. I teach any age range and I’ll always make sure yours or your children safety is first.
My teaching style for little ones is learning through having fun and getting that water confidence and then start learning the keys factors, As for adults who are beginning I’ll go through what you would like to achieve from the lessons and how confident you are then we’ll begin your swimming journey making sure you learn all the best tips for all the strokes and that you are comfortable in the water , if you are coming to me already knowing how to swim but not too confident with your stroke I can always help you out as when I was younger I used to swim competitively and love helping others swim better , I always am a perfectionist so love helping others gain the right techniques to make them feel more confident in the water and gain better performance and endurance to make you feel happier in the pool.
