Last week, we held a fantastic day of CPR demonstrations and interactive workshops for Restart a Heart Day, raising awareness of the importance of learning CPR and helping people feel more confident in these vital, lifesaving skills. 🙌

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, got involved and helped us spread the message that anyone can learn CPR, and anyone can save a life! ❤️

Friday 16th October is Restart a Heart Day, and we are hosting a full day of free life-saving workshops and demonstrations right here at Kirkstall! Early CPR and defibrillator awareness can double someone’s chances of survival in a cardiac arrest.

Book onto one of our dedicated workshops:
09:15 – 10:15: Adult CPR & Defibrillator Awareness
11:00 – 12:00: Child CPR & Defibrillator Awareness
13:00 – 14:00: Adult CPR & Defibrillator Awareness
14:15 – 15:15: Adult CPR & Defibrillator Awareness

🕒 Drop-in Bonus: Can’t make a workshop? We’ll also be running live demonstrations at reception right up until 19:00, plus colouring sheets to help raise awareness!
