Squat personal best, 342.5kg/753lbs, yeah!! 😊.

Definitely an RPE 10 but I do love these sort of 100% effort lifts, while staying technically sound .

It's been a long time coming, just a full 2 years 9 months since I hit my previous 1 rep max personal best. This beats what I lifted at the British earlier this year by 17.5kg, so strength is definitely on the way up.

330kg/726lbs got tamed today!

I've been sub-280kg for a few months now and even though I'm fatigued from lots of squats and deadlift volume, I know this weight is never a problem at any time.

Feels good to top be back over 700lbs.....next stop over 800lbs

300kg/660lbs x5 person best. Building that posterior power using block pulls over the last few weeks and feeling strong.

Deload next week, then we move back to traditional deadlifts to utilise that leg drive. I'm confident all sorts of PBs are gonna fall.

Low bar squats (correction 600lbs) are back and boy does this 272.5kg feel comfortable. I've been focusing on upper back tightness and bracing like never before and I can really feel the benefits, no sticking to completion.
