Running the Leeds Half Marathon yesterday reminds me just how powerful these events are. Thousands of people, thousands of stories, and so many incredible causes being supported.
I haven’t set up a donation page myself, but if this inspires you to support a charity close to your heart, then please follow that feeling and made a donation.

And maybe that’s what these days are about. Pushing yourself. Supporting others.

A breakfast that actually tastes good and fuels training days, or helps refuelling after my AM workout is something I look forward to consuming.
