🍭 Welcome to Candy Land Week at The Gymnastics Academy! 🍬

This week our gyms are transforming into a world of colour, imagination, and sweet-themed adventure as we celebrate Candy Land Week in all of our classes!

Gymnasts will be exploring fun, candy-inspired activities throughout their lessons — from jumping through the Lollipop Lane obstacle course, to balancing across the Candy Cane Beam, and bouncing through our Marshmallow Mountains.

It’s going to be a sweet week of gymnastics 🍭✨

🤠🌵 Our Coaches Are Loving Western Week! 🌵🤠

There’s been a lot of yee-haw energy in the gym this week as our coaches have fully embraced Western Week! From cowboy hats to rodeo-style warm ups, the team have been having just as much fun as the gymnasts.

Our themed weeks are all about making classes exciting, engaging and memorable, and the coaches love getting involved to bring the theme to life.

Whether it’s cowboy cartwheels, sheriff challenges or wild west obstacle courses, the gym has been full of smiles and laughter.

A huge thank you to our amazing coaches for always bringing the energy, creativity and fun to every class 🤸♀️✨

This week in class, our gym has been transformed into Superhero HQ as our gymnasts trained to unlock their superpowers! 💥⚡

Our little superheroes have been:
🦸 Flying through the air (on vault and trampette)
💪 Showing their super strength in core challenges
🌪️ Zooming through agility obstacle courses
⭐ Striking powerful superhero poses and strong gymnastics shapes

Our “Superhero Pose Challenge” has been helping our gymnasts develop:

There’s been incredible determination, brave new skills, and HUGE proud smiles as they hold their powerful poses like true heroes! 💙✨

This week in class, our gym has been transformed into the high seas as our gymnasts set sail on an action-packed pirate adventure! ⚓✨

Our little pirates have been:
⚓ Walking the plank (on the beam)
💎 Hunting for hidden treasure
🌊 Jumping over shark-infested waters
🦜 Practising their best pirate poses and strong gymnastics shapes

The “walk the plank” challenge has been helping our gymnasts develop:

There’s been lots of wobbles, giggles, and BIG proud smiles when they make it safely to the other side without falling into the “sea”! 🌊😄
