The goal was to feel strong, healthy, and feel confident in the gym. Safe to say Kelsey has got off to an amazing start, and I'm so proud of her for overcoming the anxiety that stops many people from stepping foot in the gym, nevermind into the weights area 👏🏼👏🏼

2 days to go until the ABC sessions restart after my maternity leave 💗
Each ABC session is adapted to suit each individual’s ability and goal. Whether it be to improve confidence and mental health, or to sculpt and strengthen the body 💪
Mondays
5pm - Dance (Ages 4+)
5.45pm - Pilates and core
Thursdays
5pm - Dance (Ages 4+)
5.45pm - Bootcamp
All classes are £7 pay as you go, and theres no minimum term to commit to!

This is something I’ve never done before 😬😬But I’m practicing what I preach!
My own progress photos from 4 months postpartum to 9 months.
5 months of slowly chipping away through eating well, gym on a weekend, and reinforcing healthy habits.
The main thing is that I have re-found my love for training and being healthy. As I’m sure other parents can relate… it’s easy to loose yourself when your busy with little ones. But even if I only got to the gym once per week, that was my time and I felt like me again 😁🙌🏼
