What an awesome class back 🔥🔥🔥

Had a few messages this week so just to cover off the main questions:

📍Classes are on Mondays, starting 7pm @ Middleton Parochial Hall, LS10 3SR
💰 £4 for the hour class, pay as you go
📝 No need to book, just turn up. Come a little early for your first class so I can check you in. Come a little early every class if you want a natter 🤣
🧒 Adults only class. Mature children aged 14+ can attend with a parent but please be advised I don’t filter myself so only bring them if they are going to feel comfortable in an adults class
💃 You don’t need to be an experienced dancer. Just a love of moving your b***y is all we need!
🤕 Recent injury or illness? Make sure you check with your GP that you can attend
👟 Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Trainers are recommended because you’ll be bouncing about
😰 I’m unfit / can’t bounce about - That’s ok! You can walk the routines out, going at your own pace whilst keeping your body moving
🙈 I’m embarrassed - DONT BE. No-one cares. I literally cannot repeat that enough NO-ONE CARES. Leave your inhibitions at the door at this class. I’ve been teaching for 14 years (dancing for way longer) and I STILL go wrong. We laugh and we move on!

We have FUN, we make FRIENDS and there’s a bit of FITNESS thrown in too 😜
