🥳 Timetable update ! New Reformer Elevate (Advanced) class with .movement
⏱️Thursdays at 8:30am from the 16th of April.
The class is structured slightly differently to Foundations/Flow. You’ll be working on slowing things right down, building up to the advanced movements with layers. 🫶🏼
This time slot was previously the Splits Focus class, however we incorporate Splits movements into our Advanced classes! 🤸♀️
We also have a Splits class on Mondays at 11:30am with Natalia and Advanced class with Leigh Wednesdays at 12:30 💖

Doggy Reformer class with ! 🐶
Being your dog to class was so fun and the dogs loved it!! It was a bit chaotic but enjoyed by all , lots of treats and cuddles and of course , Reformer! 🥰☺️ 🐾

Over two events, we started with a relaxing flow with , followed by learning about the history of and the stories behind each fragrance - trying each one ! With treats and prosecco 💖
It was so interesting to learn about one of the longest standing fragrance houses and we were so impressed with the knowledge they had ! 😍
