Henry is already a 2nd Dan in Taekwondo and one of our brilliant volunteers in classes. To see him step onto the mats as a complete beginner in Ju Jitsu, throw himself into it and absolutely love it from day one is just brilliant!

Thank you to Catherine for sharing this. We're proud of him too!

If you or your teenager has ever been curious about Ju Jitsu, we have classes for ages 14 and above and the first 2 sessions are completely FREE!

If you've been trying to find something for your 3 to 6 year old that's actually structured, you're going to want to read this.👇

So many activities at this age are basically just supervised free play. Which is lovely, but if you're looking for something that genuinely builds confidence, focus and social skills at the same time as keeping them active, Little Dragons is something a bit different.

Our classes are designed specifically for ages 3 to 6 and are led by coaches who have plenty of experience working with this age group. Some of them did the Dragons classes themselves when they were younger!

And the best bit? The first 2 classes are completely FREE, so you can see for yourself before committing to anything!
