💪 Not all about losing body fat here, building muscle is key!

💪 We had an extreme cut for the photoshoot back end of last year, I wanted Nigel to enjoy the Christmas period after a tough diet block and then switch the focus in the new year to building as much muscle mass as we could whilst minimising fat gain

⚖️ 3 months in = 8kg up! Huge gain in muscle
