2026 Get Connected Mewla Rally done and dusted. Very happy with the new car on a very wet Epynt! We treated this rally as a test session and learnt alot through the day. Made some adjustments to the damper settings to try to get it to our liking which improved things. Seeded quite low hindered us a few times with several cars going off in front of us causing stage stoppages. Given a nominal time for S3 which gave us a time approximately 3 minutes slower than we think we would of done. But as it was effectively a test session it's no big deal to us. Showing 34th overall and 9th in class. Lots to come from the 208 R4 we can see why there a popular car atm! Out again next weekend for Rally Ceredigon so only a few days to reprep and we go again! Slowly going through all the French manufacturers,first Citroen then Renault now..... a Peugeot 208 R4!!! The Clios gone to a new home and recently picked up this one. Not really done any testing as such but happy to be out today on the 2026 Get Connected Mewla Rally. Been here many times before and know it to a fashion but not expecting big things with a new car and no proper testing. Reece went well yesterday,had to make alot of changes to the provided notes but went well none the less. The stages are wet,so the wet Pirellis are on. MTC 1 is 10.02 for us. FOR SALE, Renault Clio Cup Rally Car #28 factory built car. 2.0 litre 16 valve twin cam F4R engine. New engine only done two rallies. Professionally mapped with print out available. Gearbox,Sadev 6 speed sequential with flat shift and launch control.Suspension,Ohlins adjustable dampers set up for bumpy tarmac,handles amazing! Brakes,Brembo with Mintex pads. HRX in date bucket seats with RRS belts. Just finished Tour of Epynt and Pendragon Stages in the last few weeks with no problems. Car comes with spares package,lamp pod and 16x wheels which are mostly Speedline. Engine and gearbox will have oils and filters changed prior to sale,this is always carried out in between rallies. Pendragon Stages 2026,a quick turnaround for us with The Tour of Epynt only the week before. Seeded car 35 for this one. Pushed as much as we could from S1 and was happy with the car all day. No real problems to report,S5 probably dropped a bit of time with the stage change round. Happy to get a finish today and also happy with 30th overall and 4th in class! 👀😁🏁

2026 Ynyscynon MOT Centre Tour of Epynt done and dusted! Very happy to report that we finally finished a rally! Been a few years since we could say that! Think we finished somewhere in the 50s,driveshaft/CV issue on the last stage meant we had to back off and coast to the finish but still really happy to cross the finish line on this one!! 🥳☺️🏁

Just about to start the 2026 Ynyscynon MOT Centre Tour of Epynt. Been here quite a few times before, usually a 4WD but today back out in the FWD Clio. Lots of work carried out since the last one,hoping for a good clean run and a finish! 🤞 4 stages today (Saturday) and 4 again tomorrow (Sunday). Good luck to everyone competing! 🏁

Well the 2026 Borders Competitions Jim Clark Rally didn't go so well for us again this year! You think you've done everything you can to have a good chance of a trouble free run and then....the clutch starts slipping on Stage 1 🤬 another DNF! Frustrating is an understatement. Great rally as always,well done to the organisers for putting on such a top rally. Well done to everyone that finished 💪 hopefully one day we might too! 🤪

Not done a great deal since this rally last year in the DS3. Had quite a few issues with the car recently which thankfully have all been sorted now (we think!) 🤞 But looking forward to this years Borders Competitions Jim Clark Rally recce went well yesterday and happy with the shakedown this morning. Ready to tackle the 4 stages tonight at just gone six. Good luck to everyone competing this weekend!! 😊
