Let's talk about the three main compound lifts that should be staples in any strength program: the Squat, Deadlift, and Bench Press. These moves are the foundation for building real strength and muscle!

Squat: The king of all lifts! Squats target your entire lower body and core, improving strength, balance, and mobility. Whether you're building bigger legs or improving athletic performance, squats get the job done.

Deadlift: This is your ultimate power move. Deadlifts work nearly every muscle in your body, from your glutes and hamstrings to your back and grip. It's a true test of full-body strength.
