3 things to stop doing after 40 if you want to stay strong, pain-free, and active πŸ’ͺ

As we get older, the rules don't completely change... but a few smart adjustments can make a huge difference.

Here are 3 mistakes we see all the time πŸ‘‡

1️⃣ ❌ Skipping your warm-up

Your joints and muscles may need a little more preparation than they did in your 20s.

Just 5-10 minutes of movement before training can help you move better, reduce aches and get more from your workout.

Cardio is brilliant for your heart and overall health ❀️

But after 40, we naturally start to lose muscle mass each year. That's why strength training becomes so important.
