Our U14's were invited to Elland Road last night to watch us near enough secure safety against Burnley, even the resurrection of Jacko couldn't help them.

First game since the beginning of December, what a great way to start the new year.

Garforth Rangers U14 10/0 stanningley green U14
One of the funniest matches I've ever played in the rain, the cold and that pitch made it great on top of 10 goals which we put away without concern. The keeper and defence didn't put a foot wrong our opponents didn't get out there half maybe only twice. The midfield was consistent with starting attacks.The attackers, as we got ten goals, you can imagine how well they did. Plus some amazing belly slides making the pitch even worse.
Lets get another three points next week.

Pontefract Collieries 7 - Rangers 6

Unfortunately wasn't to be today, harsh to take with 2 dubious decisions, both leading to goals but that's football. The kids played with heart and desire and earned all 3 goals. To lose on penalties can be cruel but unfortunately today the gods weren't with us.

Cup game today against Pontefract Collieries. Hopefully a celebration and then back for some low and slow brisket chilli and a few Sunday Social scoops!

2-1 win against Amaranth in the cup, great game and some brilliant performances from the guys and a great way to honour the fallen after the minutes silence!

First ever goal for Tommy, 20 yard top bins! 👏 and another solid performances from Lucas with another self made goal, different gravy 👌

Featherstone Rovers

Really good win today with a few people out which didn't stop us at all. Everyone did their part for the team and not saying names, but someone did get six goals which stood out. Defence was strong and compact and the midfield got to every ball. The keeper made a few stops earning another clean sheet.
Got a challenge next week in the cup so let's go win that.

Garforth Rangers 6-1 Crofton Panthers

Really well played considering there are fourth in the league I was pleasantly surprised as we scored six and it could have been more.
There was alot of communicating which proved affective like when we went up for headers and encouraging each other.

I'm looking forward for next week for hopefully three points again.

Beeston Yellows U14 6-1 Garforth Rangers U14

It was a top of the table clash with one clear winner after full time.
I think we can all say no one played like they usually would there’s nothing to complain about today they were just better especially in the first ten minutes as we were sucker punched with two goals which just depleted us.
Just to end, we now know only one team is a threat. I don’t want to go back losing all the time so let’s win the next match and put some pressure on Beeston.
