A year ago I mangled my back pretty bad having a seizure in the middle of the night. After being bed/sofa bound for a few days I started to move it again, slowly but surely. It really didn't want to move, but with continued persistence it started to release and the pain eased.

I'm now in the process of putting it all together to share with you how movement really is medicine.
