All the 160 Night members have now paid up, 29 members dropped out & the waiting list moved, a big, 48 places👍

If anybody wants a 2027 Night book they need to firstly purchase a 2026 day book & get their name down (details are in the book) on the waiting list as less n less members are now dropping out 👀
If you have difficulty obtaining a day book, & have paypal, message this page & one can be posted out to you & your name put straight on the nights waiting list 👌

The fish arrived for Lowther Lake on time today from 5 Star & were safely transported to the lake, a big thank you to Keith Smith, John Beilby, Matt O'Brian, Kande Wright & Josh Taylor, not forgetting Ben, Josh & Harvey from 5 Star who also did a fair few runs too💪💦

The books have arrived from the printers & are now in my possesion, a big thanks to Sharron Street👌, the 2026 Day Books will be in all the usual Tackleshops hopefully by the end of next week 👍
The existing Night Permit Holders will all be getting a renewal reminder via Text over the next few weeks, if you don't intend to renew, for whatever reason, please let me know asap then the Lads on the long waiting list can be offered a book to be used as soon as paid for👌

Tomorrow (Friday) at approx 10.30am there will be 530lb, of the 1000lb ordered, of mixed Silvers (Skimmers, Roach & Hybrids) coming to Lowther Lake, all help transfering these fish would be greatly appreciated, thanks, p.s. bring a retainer if got one 💪👌

The Club had its AGM earlier this month, unfortunately Chris Johnson stepped down from the Committee, thanks for your yrs of service to the Club Chris💪👏👏
We then gained two more Committee members via Zac Waddington & John Beilby, welcome aboard boys👌
The 2026 books were finalised with a few alterations & a small price increase, these are now at the printers

Adult book will be £25 (£5 rise, been £20 since 2017)
Adult Night book wil be £75 (£15 rise, been £60 since 2017)@
O.A.P book will be £15 (£5 rise, been £10 since 2013)
Disabled (Blue Badge) book will remain at £10

All the remaining 15 people on the Night Permit Waiting List have now had their updated no. sent to them via a text👍

If you want/expect a Night Permit next year (2026) get yourself a 2025 day book & apply to get on the waiting list asap as the numbers leaving/not renewing are getting less every year🎣

All the 155 Night Permits have now been sold/paid up🎣

Lowther Lake recieved 600 Skimmers last week from Carpvale, big thanks to John Beilby, Ryan Oddy & Keith Smith for transporting them to lake🤩💪🎣

Work was carried out with the RSPB, on the easy bank today, to plant reeds to stop further bank erosion. Thanks to Keith Smith, who refuses to take it easy, for his wheel barrow work and supervision today. The club wouldn't be what it is without him.

Aire Tackle, Airedale Fishing & Rods & Reels now have the new 2025 books in stock, anybody on the Night Permit Waiting List do not need to buy one until Ian Wright contacts you via text👍

We now have in our possesion the 2025 Day & Night books, the Day books will be distributed to our usual outlets by some time next week & current Night book holders will be sent a text message regarding renewal at some point next week👍
As you can see the all the prices stay the same as the last several years💪👌
