How did we reach 2 weeks post op already 👏🏻 🍒
She’s still tender, bruised, bit crusty, still haven’t managed to shower my upper half (tomorrows the day 🚿 ) but I’m feeling more and more like myself & I can wear normal clothes yay 🙌🏻
Still on orders to not do too much or lift anything. Small walks here and there to keep me sane, wanted to go on the treadmill but not even allowed to do that yet😅
Miss the gym & being mean to my clients (jokingggg👀👀), but 2 weeks down. It’ll be just an old chapter in my life soon, lots of exciting this to look forward to this year 👏🏻 🏡 🩷

Trying not too be too harsh on my self, had lots of tasty snacks but now I’m moving a bit more, and can do a little bit more, I’m going to make more of an effort to be a bit cleaner 👏🏻 🍇 🍪 🥚 🐟

5 Days Post Op 🍒
Nearly at that 1 week mark!! Which means the drains will hopefully be out 🙏🏻
This weekends been a little bit hard because of course I’m limited in what I can do and the weather has been lovely. There has been some pain from my drains, but the actual incisions are pain free which is great 👏🏻 surviving on paracetamol and antibiotics to make sure there’s no infections lingering!
On Wednesday the drains will be out (hopefully) meaning a lot more movement and not having the pain from those. As it stands I still have swelling around the 🍒, bruised, but there looking good. It’s a very alien feeling, when you touch them it doesn’t feel like your own, no nerves so the feeling is just off. But I guess that’s normal. 🤷🏼♀️
See what the nurse has to say Wednesday, but hopefully she’s happy 🙏🏻

We’re backkkk 💃
I’ve just had 10 days on holiday… and no, I didn’t stick to a perfect routine 🤷🏼♀️
I moved when I felt like it.
I ate what I wanted.
I rested more than usual.
And guess what?
Nothing is “ruined.”
This is what so many people get wrong—you think a short break undoes months of work. It doesn’t.
Progress isn’t built in 10 days… and it’s not lost in 10 days either.
Yes you may have put on a few lbs, bit of fat, majority water from cocktails, alcohol, sodium and salt intake but what actually matters is what you do next.. get back into routine.
Don’t punish yourself! Don’t go knees deep in hitting the heavy sets and dying on the stepper. ❌
Focus on the basics, getting your steps in, water intake, protein, sleep. Ease back into your training and eat balanced nutritious meals. 2 weeks back and you’ll be back to where you were before you left 👏🏻
