“Realised I never posted this really fun combo for silks with from Monday!:D

Really feeling my confidence growing more and more with each new thing I learn and the strength I still have from doing pole definitely is helping me progress much quicker than I expected!:D

The infinity roll was super fun and I really want to try and keep getting my inverts and moves as clean as I can, and get things like my grip strength and certain techniques up to the same level as everything else!:)

Learn spin technique on silks as well as some pretty shapes and sequences that work well with a spin! We’ll be working on spinning from the ground up as well as creating spin in the air. The shapes and sequences can also be done without spin if you need a break from spinning in the class!

Pre-reqs- beginter level and up, strong invert required

MEMBERS: you can use your class credits or purchase a member course from the store section on TeamUp to match your membership class rate. For these you will need to DM us to book
