Garry has been a part of The Gym Group - Leeds York Road since day 1. He has years of experience and knowledge so if you're over 50 and want to add another element to your training then speak with Garry. He can be found on shift on Fridays 6am-10am and Sundays 9am-5pm.

Seb Brunet PT at the Gym Group York Road Leeds is leading a team of 16 who are going to walk the Three Peaks in June 2022. The group are raising money to support Bramley Elderly Action, a local charity who support older people to live happier and more engaged lives.
This is a huge challenge, the team will walk 24 miles (38.6km) and involves 5000ft (1600m) vertical ascent.

300km spin for Eden

On Monday 9th May, is hosting a 12 hour spin-cycle to rack up 300km with the help of and team and members.

Eden is a little girl from Yorkshire who suffers from a rare form of cancer. We are raising money to help fund their journey to America to receive a vaccine that will increase Eden's chance of survival.
