A massive congratulations to Jay Isherwood Football Referee on being named Referee of the Year at the Grassroots Football Awards.
Last year, the award went to Mick Lowley, who runs his leagues here at Football World Leeds and helped set Jay on the path to becoming the top referee he is today.
Back-to-back winners with a connection to our venue.
It’s further proof that the leagues played here are run by referees who genuinely care about standards, development and the grassroots game.

We’re inviting any women who play football at Football World Leeds to come and try padel at our upcoming Ladies’ Padel Social.
You don’t need any experience. We’ll have a coach showing you the basics, complimentary food and drinks, and plenty of opportunities to play and meet other women.

Looking for regular competitive football in Leeds? We’re welcoming new teams into our Monday night women’s league at Football World Leeds.
Games cost just £25 per team, with a free drink for the Player of the Match after every fixture.
At the end of the season, we hold a full presentation night with individual and team awards, plus an end-of-season cup competition.

Tonight we are running the end of season cup competition for the Tuesday league and a team needs a GK. Competition starts at 6:30 and will be wrapped up for 8:30.
