Meaning you get quality training whilst having the comfort of total privacy!🏋🏻‍♀️

PERSONAL TRAINING:
121 or small group sessions available, catered to your preferences and specific goals. Adults and children aged 5+ are welcome at any skill level. 121 training ensures you will reach your goals faster and have constant support and guidance throughout your training. PTs can be weights, general fitness, padwork or a mix!👊🏼

BOOTCAMP:
Bootcamp (circuit style) classes available, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7pm. Perfect for anyone wanting to get in shape on a budget, try something new or meet likeminded people. Classes are a mix of cardio and weights and are capped at 12 to ensure quality and safety💪🏼
