Yoga class tomorrow 1-2 . Jamie using the Kali stick to ensure good alignment in chaturanga dandasana - four limbed staff pose. We will be practicing vinyasa flow to warm the body up ready to stretch, move and breath. Come and join in, £5 drop in

Yoga Saturday 1-2 . Tomorrow we will be slowing the practice down and doing yin yoga which teaches us how to relax and is cooling on a hot day. The pose in the picture is not a yin pose, they are all floor based. Any questions please just ask 🕉️

Shoulder stands in last week's yoga class, a pose which builds core strength and alignment, it is part of the closing postures in the practice and can benefit the body and mind in multiple ways. Yoga class tomorrow 13.00-14.00

Yoga class Saturday 1-2. We will be working with headstand tomorrow, amongst other poses, turning our perspective around. There are steps to get into this pose safely which we will go through to ensure you feel secure upsidedown. Come and join in. 🕉️

Yoga class Saturday 13.00-14.00 . We will be warming up with some sun salutations before working on some fundamental standing and seated poses all designed to encourage stamina, strength and flexibility in the body and mind. Beginners welcome.
