10 Week Challenge wrapped up 🙌🏼

These are just a few… loads of people made solid progress over the 10 weeks. Some kickstarting the year properly, others continuing on from last years progress 🔥
Body fat down, muscle up, weight lost, dress sizes dropped. Fitness improved, strength gained. All from committing and showing up consistently.
Proud of everyone who got involved! Turning up, sticking to their targets and seeing it through. Not motivation… just consistency.

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT - Sharon 👏🏼🔥
So proud of Sharon and her progress over the last 8 months 💪🏼
Sharon joined our 6 Week Summer Challenge, then doubled down with the Autumn 10 Week Challenge straight after.
Since then she’s kept the habits she built during those two phases, and the results speak for themselves:
• ⬇️ 10kg
• ⬇️ 12% body fat
• Completely transformed body shape
• Stronger than ever
This is what happens when you stop chasing extremes, focus on simple consistent habits and show up week after week.
No fads. No quick fixes.
Just structure, accountability and consistency.

Here’s what she had to say about her journey so far:
“I joined OverPower Leeds in August 2023 and I’ve never stuck at anything this long! Which says everything about how incredible it is.
I’ve always been into fitness, mainly running, but I realised that at my age lifting weights is absolutely essential. The 6-week challenge last summer really made me focus on nutrition as well as exercise and gave me the kickstart I needed. I then did the autumn 10-week challenge to push myself even further, and the results speak for themselves. I’m in the best shape and at the lowest weight I’ve been for years.
I’ve tried all the fad diets in the past and the weight always came back on, but the support and guidance from Grant, Jon and James has genuinely changed everything for me. They’ve pushed me to lift more weight than I ever thought I could, and Grant’s constant reminder that ‘it’s showing up and consistency that pays off’ is the best advice I’ve ever taken on board.
The atmosphere they create is positive, motivating and truly welcoming. The group of women around you also make it fun. I absolutely love it and never miss my sessions.
If you’re debating joining – bloody DO IT!!! You won’t regret it!”

Huge well done to the team who smashed the Leeds Abbey Dash 10K yesterday! 🏃♀️💪🏼
So proud of every single one of you! Some incredible results across the board:

👏🏼 Clair - New PB! 51:36, knocking 1m 36s off her previous best.
👏🏼 Chloe - New PB! 57:00, taking a huge 7 mins off her last time.
👏🏼 Michelle - New PB! 58:10, improving by 3 minutes.
👏🏼 Emma E - Getting it done in 56 minutes.
👏🏼 Sharon - 54:39 - her 3rd fastest time.
Whether it was a PB, a first time distance or just showing up and getting it done, you all absolutely smashed it.

🌟 Client Spotlight: Real Results, Real Growth 🌟
Zoe joined OverPower back in February 2020 after feeling unhappy with how she looked and felt for a while. She’d lost confidence in typical gym environments where you’re left to fend for yourself – but she decided to take a leap and give OverPower a go after hearing great things from friends and seeing us online.
Her first goal? Simply to show up. And that was a big deal.
At first, self-doubt crept in. She felt negative and unsure of herself. But session by session, her mindset started to shift. She realised she could do it. That she was capable. And that she wasn’t alone.
Since then, OverPower has become an essential part of her life—even through serious health challenges. She always knew she’d come back. 💪
She recently completed our 6-week challenge and blew us away with her progress—learning more about nutrition, increasing her sessions, and setting her sights on even bigger goals for the next six months.
She says the best part of OverPower is the community—and we couldn’t agree more. From the coaches to the women she trains alongside, the support, encouragement, and shared wins make every session powerful.
