🩰Yesterday, I had the pleasure of observing a masterclass with Xander Parish OBE at the Yorkshire Ballet Seminars. The young dancers in the class were enjoying the second week of the YBS Summer Residential and performed a piece from the Mariinsky Ballet's 'Swan Lake' 🦢.

Afterwards, we spoke to a wonderful dancer from Israel who had received a scholarship to attend the YBS Summer school.

As well as an inspiring evening of young classical talent, I met a lovely fellow dancer teacher, Philippa Matkin from Felicity White School of Dance. Lovely to meet you Philippa! 😊

🎶😀 The last Adult Tap class before the Summer break was great as we brought our 2 classes together and made a good go at the Tapathon routine 😀🎶🙌💪

After the excitement of our children's exam session earlier that evening, it was a great way to end the term with these wonderful ladies - lots of smiles, laughter and as always, fabulous tapping! 😍🤩

Really looking forward to teaching company class for Powerhouse Ballet tomorrow! 🩰

It is our final term of our '10th Anniversary Year' 🩵 and we have Days 7, 8, 9 and 10 still to celebrate 🥳😍

The children are heading straight into exam practice and myself and our Adult Tappers are looking forward to our social event next month 😀☺️
