JULY COURSE BOOKINGS NOW OPEN!!
Our first C2CF sold out within hours of bookings opening.
Our next course will start week commencing 12th July and again be limited in numbers.
What can I expect?
We start the course with a an introduction into CrossFit, what to expect, how the course is structured and a short workout (around 10mins).
We coach you through the fundamental movements, Deadlifts, Push Press and Overhead Squat to name a few. Each session features a short workout which takes around 10mins.
We introduce you to the Olympic lifts, the clean and sn**ch. You’ll experience EMOM’s and AMRAP’s, find out how to scale movements and petition workouts.
How do we know whether we’ve been successful in our aim?
The confidence of our groups has grown, they know what to expect from each session but that’s our opinion. The fact is our most recent group averaged a minute and a half improvement in their time in the initial workout, in just under 4 weeks!! Some were 25% quicker through the same workout indicating an improvement in technique, approach and fitness in only 10 sessions.
Do you have to be fit to start CrossFit?
ABSOLUTELY NOT!! CrossFit is for everyone, regardless of fitness levels or experience.

This Saturday Coach Sean (an avid Cas fan) is planning to take on 7 CrossFit WoD's over 7 hours. The workouts have not been cherry picked by him they have been chosen by people from outside of CrossFit Tadcaster and consist of a number of hero and benchmark WoD's. Some have been adapted for example the 'Dirty 30' is now the 'Dirty 38' for Rob's age.
The day kicks off at 8am with the '7's' and finishes with Murph.

Petition: Open gyms first as we come out of lockdown & fund a Work Out to Help Out scheme We want the government to recognise the importance of gyms, health clubs, leisure centres and swimming pools in empowering people to look after their health and stay fit and for them to open first as we come out of lockdown. We're also calling for government to fund a Work Out to Help Out scheme.
