I have done my training with th Australian Pilates and Physiotherapy Institute and now run a regular Wednesday evening class in a small friendly group for general wellness, low back pain, post natal, postural problems and just to soothe the general aches and pains of everyday away. **TIME CHANGE COLLINGHAM CLASS**
Mondays Class at Collingham Memorial will be changing its start time to 1:30pm from June. Otherwise all previous dates remain unchanged. NO CLASS MONDAY 28TH BANK HOLIDAY. Back to it on 4th June. Look forward to seeing you all there!!

First class tonight on our lovely new floor at Aberford village hall. Looking very smart! Reminder that there is NO CLASS NEXT WEEK 15th June. See you all on the 22nd 🕗
I now have a class running at collingham memorial hall on a Monday afternoon 1-2 pm. It's £45 for a 6 week course and I still have some places for the next course which starts 6th June. It's a lovely small friendly group at beginners level so if you know anyone who might be interested please let them know.
