Main class was absolutely relentless! You asked for a fast class, hopefully I delivered!

Non stop Kihon and partner work, a Routine made up of the same techniques then moving onto all the Heian Kata, Tekki Shodan and Bassai-Dai, then finally partner work again prior to finishing.
