I built a nutrition calculator that’s a little more inclusive and works with flexible ranges and it’s pretty great 🥰⬇️
My inclusive protein calorie calculator is free, gives you flexible ranges based on your goals, and doesn’t ask you to pick a gender, and DOES give you a flexible range based on your goals and guidance for how to use it.
