This Is Not A Transformation!!!
9 months pregnant 🤰🏼 > 1 week postpartum 🤱🏼 > 9 months postpartum 💃🏼. This is just me getting back to my pre pregnancy body. 3 very different situations which changed my body massively.
How did I get back to my pre pregnancy body?
There was no diet. There was no specific training program. It was those simple healthy habits I bang on about all the time to lead a healthier lifestyle and maintain a healthy body composition.
Hydration! Drinking minimum of 2.5 litres water a day 💧
Daily fresh air. 🍃 Step goal 👌🏻
5 portions fruit/ veg 🍓 🥦
Protein with every meal 🍽️

A slower start to the new year isn’t a bad thing at all. It’s defiantly better than going all in on a goal which usually leads to throwing in the towel. Better to create smaller changes and adjustments that are realistic for you and lead to sustainable progress and results 🙌🏼🤍

Progress working with an online client. From doing YouTube hitt sessions 5x a week to training 3x a week doing resistance workouts programmed by me 💪🏼

After years of experience on the gym floor, I now feel so lucky to be able to coach clients online whilst I navigate mum life 🙌🏼🥰. Through video feedback and weekly check ins I am able to ensure clients are training with fabulous form 👌🏻 and at the correct intensity 💪🏼.
Soo looking forward to getting back to it next year and helping more ladies build a stronger body, healthier lifestyle and more confident self 🙌🏼✨🤍

It’s been a hectic 5 months with lots of change but I am very optimistic for routine and Mum/ Wife/ Work/ Life balance in the New Year ✨

Still squeezing into my none maternity cossi 😂 I mean the poor thing is soo stretched it’s basically see through🙈 looking forward to chucking it in the bin once baby arrives 👶🏼🤞🏼 Untill then I will keep trudging on 💪🏼😄.
Swimming- something keeping me feeling good. Pressure free exercise for me instead of walking. Leaves me feeling good that I have got the blood flowing and my body moving. Wish I had of started it sooner this pregnancy 🤰🏼 🏊♀️

‘Leanne really is the best of the best. The difference in my mindset and my physical health from when I started is crazy. Leanne has implemented a change in me which is not just short term like the usual diets I choose, it’s long term and for life , im so over the moon ! Leanne is bubbly and easy to talk to and makes this experience a fun one rather than one id usually dread ! I’m excited to keep going with leanne and train with her again before my wedding as I know the difference I’ll make due to her support.’
